Sorry about the quality of this picture (I used the basic app on my iphone..as you can see it sucks)
This is a picture of me on day 15 of the Insanity workout with Beachbody instructor Shaun T. For those of you that have not seen the infomercial, Insanity is an extremely intense workout. The warm-up is my idea of a full workout. I don't recommend it for everyone. There is a lot of jumping, running, and even football and basketball type drills. Cross-trainer tennis shoes are a must. If you live in an apartment and not on the ground floor, I would think twice. Your neighbors will be pissed otherwise...no seriously they will. The first day that I did this workout I thought I was gonna die! It truly let me know how out of shape I really was. Talk about about a wake up call. By day 6 I could see significant improvement. I can now make it through an entire interval or two without stopping. If you have carpal tunnel or rheumatoid arthritis then I suggest consulting your physician. There are several exercises where the weight will be solely on your wrists. Below is my day 1 and day 15 fit test results. Go me! Insanity is a 60 day challenge. I will be posting my 60 day fit test results as well as pictures.

Keep in mind that these are only eight of the many insane exercises that Shaun T. has us doing. There are no alternate exercises. Someone called me crazy because in addition to this workout being insane by itself, I also workout in my Body Magic! Yes, what am I thinking?
*Disclaimer* This workout is not suitable for cute hairstyles. Clip on ponytails and weaves recommended :-)
